FIHS works closely with industries and industrial associations on policy issues Quality in Health and Safety in Industries Raises safety standards and quality for industry through prioritizing safety and preventing accidents in industries. It works towards creating an enabling environment to prevent accidents in India with the involvement of Government, Industrial Associations, Industry, Academia, Media and Society at large through advisory and consultative processes.
India is home to some of the biggest initiatives FIHS has been associated with such as The Employers Association of Rajasthan, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Indian Dairy Association, Bhiwadi Manufacturing Association etc. FIHS interventions in the field of industrial safety, capacity building, ISO certification, IPR, brand development, IT solutions, CSR, technology, start-up, competitiveness etc. are in line with the priorities of the association and towards preventing accidents in industries and society. are in Vision to build a safer society based on the principles of Continuous Improvement and Zero Accident Inclusion.
